By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order on admin@ibagsit.com

These Terms and Conditions, and your use of our website, are governed by Irish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish court. This does not affect your non-excludable European statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the Republic of Ireland and under Irish law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the Republic of Ireland, we give no representation or warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the Republic of Ireland with any applicable non-Irish laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except for changes made by us on this site, which we may carry out occasionally. In particular, nothing said by any representative of iBagsIt.com will operate as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or will constitute a legal representation.

A Contract between you (the customer) and iBagsIt.com for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the purchaser’s credit/debit card will be charged through Paypal for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect your statutory rights. The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. This means that an order is an offer, not a contract between you and iBagsIt.com, until you receive a ‘confirmation of order’ email despatched once card authorisation has been confirmed and stock availability has been checked.

iBagsIt.com must receive full payment for your order before it can be accepted. Once payment has been accepted through Paypal and stock availability checked, we will send you an email confirming your order. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for your records. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order once it has been accepted, we will refund you through Paypal within 7 days and we will notify you by email. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.


Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch (normally the same day or next day). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 days.


Delivery

We aim to make sure your purchases are perfectly packaged and carefully delivered – without any fuss. We are prompt in our shipping, but we are not responsible for transit time. All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Back orders – what’s this?

If an item you have ordered fell ‘out of stock’ while your order was processing we can back order it for you. We will contact you by telephone or email to inform you and give you a choice of waiting for your item to be re-stocked, another similar item or a total refund.

Security– of course!

At iBagsIt.com we chose to use Paypal as the most secure method of online payment – for you and for us! If you do not have a Paylpal account – it is simple and secure to set up - www.paypal.ie Alternatively when you are linked to the Paypal site to checkout from our site you can chose to use your credit card instead of a Paypal account.

We at iBagsIt.com do not disclose customers’ details to third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if they are used after you have logged on as part of the process. Returns & Cancellations Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Cancelling an order

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch (normally within 48 hours). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.


Returning an item
If you are not entirely delighted with the products (but we’re sure you will be) you may return them to us within 7* days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging and labels.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that we’re unable to refund return postage. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Proof of Postage' from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind, you may want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process

For simplicity please email sales@ibagsit.com for specific instructions on your return.

Please note that only the person who bought the item can be refunded on a return of an item. If your received a gift and it is not suitable the purchaser will be informed before proceeding with any exchange.

*If you buy the products as a Christmas gift (between 1 November and 25 December), you have 30 days to return it. That's our take on the festive spirit.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will be informed. If you buy the products as a Christmas gift (between 1 November and 25 December) you have 30 days to return it.


All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euro ) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of Irish sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC), your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 21%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, an item will occasionally be out of stock, and shall be highlighted as such, if this is the case, in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going online. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close likeness, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
