Creating an account or login - Why do we ask you to do this?

Although you may think this is time consuming it is actually saving you time. The information that you supply to set up an account/login is actually the same information you would normally supply to process your order. Once you register you’ll never have to supply this information again to place orders!

Making a purchase the process

Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse through the products on our site, add the items you wish to buy to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where you can pay with Paypal or your Credit Card through the Paypal site. Packaging & Postage will be charged accordingly at the checkout.

Pick Up - sometimes this might be an option!

As we are based in Wicklow Town, you may wish to pick up your order (maybe if it is a large order) within the Dublin/Wicklow area. To arrange this please email sales@ibagsit.com to arrange this. You will still complete your order through Paypal at checkout but opting for the ‘no postage’ option.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This merely indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will send by email acceptance of your order and hence then a contract between us exists. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

You will receive a dispatch notice usually within 48 hours of your order being processed.

Is your order a gift?

If the order is for a gift it can be sent directly to the very lucky recipient. We don’t charge extra for this. We can also include a small message card, free of charge. This is hand-written on a small card placed on top of the item in its parcel. This is gift wrapped. Please email the address of the recipient to sales@ibagsit.com

Package & Postage

Packaging

All of our items are beautifully packaged in tissue paper with parcel sticker and ribbon – this is free of charge.

The package & postage fee does not mean just the postage shown on the envelope, it covers all handling charges and cost of materials to post like bubble wrap, mileage etc.

Postage Rates – For Ireland and UK?

We are based in the Republic of Ireland and the following are the postage fees:

Standard fee - €3.00 (first item) & €5.00 (more than one item) to Ireland and €7.00 to the UK

Registered fee - €7.00 to Ireland and €10.00 to the UK

Delivery

We aim to make sure your purchases are perfectly packaged and carefully delivered without any fuss. We are prompt in our shipping, but we are not responsible for transit time or the speed of your friendly Postman! All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Back orders what’s this?

If an item you have ordered fell ‘out of stock’ while your order was processing we can back order it for you. We will contact you by telephone or email to inform you and give you a choice of waiting for your item to be re-stocked, another similar item or a total refund.

At iBagsIt.com we chose to use Paypal as the most secure method of online payment – for you and for us! If you do not have a Paylpal account – it is simple and secure to set up on www.paypal.ie Alternatively you can use your credit card when you are linked to the Paypal site at the checkout stage.

We at iBagsIt.com do not disclose customers’ details to third parties.

Returns & Cancellations Policy - sometimes this happens

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Cancelling an order - sometimes you may wish to do this

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch (normally within 48 hours). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.


Returning an item - the policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products (but we’re sure you will be) you may return them to us within 7* days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging and labels.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that we’re unable to refund return postage. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Proof of Postage' from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind, you may want to send the goods "Recorded Delivery", but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that only the purchaser can be refunded when an item is returned. If your received a gift and it is not suitable then the exchange/refunds policy stands.
